Millions of unvetted illegal aliens — including known criminals, cartel members, and military-age men from hostile nations — have been waved into our country by the open-borders left. Tennessee families are paying the price in fentanyl deaths, drained schools, and rising crime.

Todd will vote to fully fund and finish President Trump's border wall, end catch-and-release, defund every sanctuary city, deport criminal illegal aliens, and hold the cartels accountable as the foreign terrorist organizations they are. American citizens come first — period.

He will oppose every amnesty scheme, every "pathway" gimmick, and every backroom deal that rewards lawbreaking. The rule of law is not negotiable.

First Amendment: Todd will defend free speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, and the free exercise of religion. No federal censorship. No collusion between Big Tech and the federal government to silence Americans. No targeting of Christians, parents, or political dissenters.

Second Amendment: As a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association, Todd will vote NO on every red flag law, every "assault weapons" ban, every magazine limit, every universal registry, and every backdoor gun grab hidden inside a spending bill. He'll fight for national concealed carry reciprocity and to repeal unconstitutional federal restrictions on suppressors and short-barreled rifles.

Fourth, Fifth & Sixth Amendments: Todd will defend due process, the right to a fair trial, and the right to be secure from unreasonable searches and seizures — including against the weaponized FBI, IRS, and intelligence agencies that have been turned against the American people.

Ninth & Tenth Amendments: Todd will fight to return power to the states, to local communities, and to the people — where the Constitution puts it. Washington was never meant to run your church, your school, your farm, or your family.

Todd has been a self-employed business owner for over 25 years. He has met payrolls in good times and bad. He has fought through OSHA inspections, EPA regulations, and IRS audits. He knows — first-hand — that Washington is the single biggest obstacle to American prosperity.

He will vote to make the Trump tax cuts permanent, eliminate the death tax, slash federal regulations that strangle small business, and end the weaponization of the IRS against working Americans. He'll oppose every tax hike, every spending blowout, and every Green New Deal scheme that punishes the people who actually build this country.

American workers and entrepreneurs — not Wall Street, not Beijing, not Brussels — built the greatest economy in human history. Todd will fight to let them do it again.

Todd is an 8th-generation Tennessee farmer who still works the same land his family has worked since before the Civil War. He understands what no Washington insider ever will: family farms are the backbone of America, and they are under constant attack.

He will fight for a Farm Bill that actually serves family farmers — not corporate ag and globalist supply chains. He'll defend American food independence, oppose foreign ownership of U.S. farmland (especially by the Chinese Communist Party), and stand against EPA overreach that crushes producers.

Todd Warner is unapologetically pro-life. He believes every human life is created in the image of God, from conception to natural death, and he will defend that truth in the United States Congress without apology and without compromise.

He will vote to defund Planned Parenthood, ban late-term abortion, protect pregnancy resource centers, and stop the use of federal tax dollars to subsidize the abortion industry — at home or abroad.

He will defend religious liberty against every government attempt to silence Christians, push radical gender ideology into our schools, or punish believers for living out their faith. Faith, family, and freedom — in that order.

Schools should teach reading, writing, math, science, and American history — not radical gender ideology, not critical race theory, not woke activism. Parents — not unelected bureaucrats and teachers' union bosses — are in charge of their children's education.

Todd served on the Marshall County School Board. He has fought these fights at the local level and he will take that fight to Washington. He will vote to abolish the federal Department of Education, redirect those dollars to the states and to parents, and back universal school choice so every Tennessee family — not just the wealthy — can pick the school that's right for their kids.

Tennessee is the Volunteer State. We earned that name in blood. Todd will fight to ensure every veteran gets the care, the benefits, and the respect they were promised — not the bureaucratic runaround the VA has handed them for too long.

He will support a strong, lethal, apolitical American military focused on one mission: defending the United States. That means ending woke social experimentation in the ranks, restoring readiness, modernizing capabilities to deter China, and bringing our troops home from endless wars that don't serve American interests.
