Meet Todd Warner

Todd Warner is an 8th-generation Tennessean, born and raised on a dairy farm in Chapel Hill in northern Marshall County. To this day he is a row-crop farmer of corn and soybeans, working the same land his family has worked for eight generations. He graduated from Forrest High School in 1989 and married his wife, Cindy, in 1991. Todd and Cindy have three children: Patrick, Kathleen, and Cason.

Todd began his career with United Telephone. After six years, he struck out on his own and started his first small business — and he has been a self-employed business owner ever since. He understands firsthand what it takes to meet a payroll, fight through red tape, and build something real with his own two hands. He's not a career politician. He's a worker, a farmer, and a fighter.

Todd has served his community on the Marshall County School Board and as an Alderman in Chapel Hill. He is a member of the Tennessee Farm Bureau, Marshall County Farmers Co-Op, National Utility Contractors Association, National Rifle Association, and the Tennessee Cattlemen's Association. He is an avid outdoorsman, a firm believer in Jesus Christ, and attends the Riggs Church of Christ.

As State Representative, Todd was ranked among the most conservative members of the Tennessee General Assembly by the American Conservative Union — receiving one of the highest scores given to any Tennessee legislator for his unwavering support of conservative positions. He doesn't just talk conservative. He votes conservative. Every single time.
